Read following Instructions Carefully before Filling the Registraion Form:

1. Read the undertaking and indemnification before submitting the form.
   
2. Write the spellings of the name carefully. These spellings should continue in all documents related to the school and the same must tally with the Government Authorized documents and Voter's Identity Card etc.
   
3. Fill the online application form and note down the Reference No.
   
4. A text message will be sent on your mobile no. and a copy of filled form will be sent to your E-Mail id.
   
5. The Registration will be deemed to be completed only after depositing the Registration Fee of Rs. 25/- (ONLINE PAYMENT ONLY & NON-REFUNDABLE). Registration Fee will NOT be accepted over the counter.
   
6. The Form will not be accepted over the counter. Only ONLINE SUBMITTED form will be considered.
   
7. Last date for Filling Registration Form will be flashed on the School's Website One Week before the Closure of Registration.
   
8. Date, Time and Venue for BASELINE ASSESSMENT of the candidates will be flashed on the School's Website and will be communicated to the applicants through SMS and E-Mail.

9. Please quote the acknowledgement/registration number for all your future correspondence with this school.
   
10. FILL ALL MANDATORY FIELDS HIGHLIGHTED IN RED COLOURED BOXES
    
11. Before Filling the Registration Form, keep .pdf/.jpg files of the following documents ready:
    
    1. Mandatory to Upload: Date of Birth certificate (spelling on the birth certificate would be treated as final).
    2. Mandatory to Upload: Address Proof (Electricity Bill/MTNL Bill/ Ration Card).
    3. Mandatory to Upload: Aadhar Card of the Applicant.
    4. Mandatory to Upload: Aadhar card of Mother.
    5. Mandatory to Upload: Aadhar card of Father.
    6. Mandatory to Upload: One set of Passport Size latest photographs of Father, Mother and child.
    7. Mandatory to Upload (If Applicable): Affidavit in case of single parent.
    8. Mandatory to Upload (If Applicable): Identity Card of Sibling NHS.
    9. Mandatory to Upload (If Applicable): Class XII Certificate, in case of Alumni.
    10. Mandatory to Upload (Where Applicable): Last 3 years result (Class IV onwards), Last 2 years result (Class III). To upload 3 years and 2 years result, merge and create a SINGLE pdf file of all the results and upload it.
12. Photocopies of Documents attested by a Gazetted Officer / Notary Public to be SUBMITTED when called for Verification:
    
    1. Date of Birth certificate
    2. Aadhar Card of Child and both the Parents
    3. Address Proof (Ration Card/Voter ID/Electricity Bill/MTNL Bill/Water Bill/Passport/Aadhar Card).
    4. Last three years’ Mark Sheet, where applicable.
    5. Medical Certificate of the Child.
    6. Original Transfer Certificate Only from Recognized School {at the time of Approval of admission}.
    7. Last qualification certificate of both parents (Optional).
    8. Character Certificate and Bonafide Certificate/Identity Card from the Previous School attended.
    9. SC/ST/OBC Certificate (If Applicable).
    10. One set of photographs of (child, Mother & Father)
